Job Description

We seek to hire HR Project Manager for our HR Project Management Office (HR PMO). The HR PMO is the sub function of Human Resources Department that aims to enhance HR performance through value creating project management activities and involves everything from project inception to completion. Its primary activities include initiating, monitoring & communicating on projects with other HR functions, as well as other stakeholders / departments of the company.

HR Project Manager will assist Director HR PMO in developing a strategy linked with the Human Resource Function’s overall vision and will contribute towards the function’s growth and advancement by consistently impacting the employee population. In addition the job holder will support HR PMO’s various ongoing projects in terms of striving towards continuous improvement and innovation for greater results.

Ideal Candidate should:

* Hold a Masters in Business Administration
* Have at least 2 – 3 years experience of handling projects
* Possess sound knowledge of Human Resource function
* Be able to deliver under tight dead-lines
* Have sound communication and interpersonal skills
* Be Proficient in MS Office Suite
